Impact is Sleaford and surrounding areas premier Gym of Kickboxing (all styles),Boxing and MMA. Our aim is to teach real sport in a safe, fun and exciting environment. whether you are training for fun and to meet new friends or to be a professional fighter we have classes to suit your needs.
we welcome students of all abilities from complete novices to experienced fighters from the age of 4 years upwards. Impact classes give a great aerobic workout and will also develop speed, flexibility, strength and co-ordination and give your confidence a real boost.
