Karen started to train when she had just started secondary school with Tracie who taught the kids at lunchtimes. It wasnt long before she progressed to the club and now she practically lives there!

Karen is an excellent fighter, especially in the areas for continuous and boxing. She competes proficiently with any fully-grown man and is skilful in all areas beyond her years. and it is for this reason that she has represented Great Britian in the World championships.

Karen studies weaponry and hasn’t looked back since. She has won many trophies in her competing career so far taking some very notable UK Titles with the 5ft Bo Staff. Karen has recently started to study Lai ga sau to aid with her forms
