Qualified National Forms Judge - WAKO

Although Tracie has progressed more into forms and weaponry over the last few years she also likes to dabble in semi-contact & continuous sparring, both of which she has collected an array of medals in various competitions over the years and is currently a 3 x WAKO British champion (2005 - Hard style, 2006 Soft style and hard style). Has also represented WKA & WAKO in the world championships in Paris, Italy & Switzerland. Having been on the British WAKO Judging panel, Tracie believes that you can never know enough about varying martial arts skills and has trained and continues to do so in other styles to better her own perfomance in weaponry.

Tracie has also been Sleaford Sportwoman of the year.

Likes: Watching weaponry students progress from knowing very little to holding their own at comps against people who have been on the circuits for years.

also likes the friendly atmosphere the weaponry comps have - even in our own sections we all find that we are cheering each other on - its brilliant to be a part of that.
